This Reunion is held at Aravaipa Canyon Ranch in Winkleman, Arizona

Arrive on Friday any time after 3 pm. Reunion ends after lunch on Sunday. We will not offer day or single night passes.

Applications received after 1 October, 2021 will be accepted but placed on the waiting list; you will be contacted only if there is space.

FULL PAYMENT DUE UPON REGISTRATION.

Reunion Costs

Pricing for this reunion is per person depending on where you want to sleep. (Pricing includes food.)

  • Tenting - $85

  • Room Indoors - $155

Donations above these amounts are welcome in any amount.

COVID Policy:

For this reunion, we require that you either:

  • Bring documentation that you have been vaccinated, or

  • Bring documentation that you have tested negative not more than 3 days before the reunion.

How to Make Payments

After completing and submitting the registration form, a payment page will immediately pop up.

Before hitting submit at the end of this form, please take note of your amount due so you can complete the payment and registration process.

Check/Money Order: We take checks and money orders in US dollars. Make check out to The Body Sacred, and mail them to The Body Sacred c/o John Wauters, 3376 North Orchard Place, Tucson, Arizona, 85712.

PayPal: You can pay by PayPal, which will allow you to use a credit or debit card. Please add $3 to defer the PayPal charges. Include in the comments the name(s) of the person(s) registering. Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

Zelle: You can use Zelle if your bank offers that option. Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com. Type the address in carefully, because if you get it wrong, the money may go astray forever.

Note: If you can’t make the reunion after you have signed up, notify the registrar at thebodysacred4@gmail.com. If you cancel on or before 8 October, 2021, we will refund all the fees you have paid minus a $25 administrative fee.

For cancellations received on 9 October, 2021 or later, we will refund 25% of your total fee. Due to tax and accounting complications, TBS cannot apply unused funds towards a future retreat.

Accessibility

Aravaipa Canyon Ranch is not easy for those with mobility issues. Most rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Please let us know if this will be an issue for you before registering by emailing thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

Please note that you are not registered until you have:

  • Submitted this registration form

  • Paid in full.

  • Note:

    • If we don’t get your payment within a week after we get your registration form, we will put your application on hold. We cannot hold your spot.

  • Been notified by email that you are registered

    • Occasionally we have waiting lists, especially for rooms indoors

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not receive your balance in full by 1 October, 2021, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
