This retreat is held at Shalom Mountain Retreat Center in Livinston Manor, NY.
The retreat begins at 6 pm on Wednesday and finishes at 1 pm on Sunday.
Applications received after XX-XX-XXXX will be accepted but placed on the waiting list; you will be contacted only if there is space.
FULL PAYMENT DUE BEFORE THE RETREAT! We must receive your entire, full balance on or before XX-XX-XXXX.
Retreat Costs
Pricing for this retreat is per person depending on where you want to sleep. We offer a sliding scale option as outlined below:
Income less than $35,000 - (Tenting) - $abc
Income less than $35,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz
$35,000 - $50,000 - (Tenting) - $abc
$35,000 - $50,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz
$50,000 - $75,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

$75,000 - $100,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

Over $100,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

Donations above the sliding scale are welcome in any amount and help us keep fees lower.

Discounts
Early Bird Discount: If entire balance owed is paid by XX-XX-XXXX, there is a $25 discount.
Helpful Hotties: A limited number of Helpful Hottie scholarships are available. This is a work scholarship that may involve moving equipment, sorting supplies, setting up the meeting room, doing laundry, etc. Hotties receive a credit of $150 towards this retreat.
These scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, indicate this on the registration form and also send an email to (boardmemberhandlingregistration)@gmail.com to request a scholarship.
Your minimum deposit must be included with your registration to be eligible. Multiple discounts are permitted.
How to Make Payments
After completing and submitting the registration form, a payment page will immediately pop up.
Before hitting submit at the end of this form, please take note of your amount due so you can complete the payment and registration process.
Check/Money Order: We take checks and money orders in US dollars. Mail them to ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP
PayPal: You can pay by PayPal, which will allow you to use a credit or debit card. Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com.
Enter the amount you are paying AND your name in the “Notes” box so we know who sent the money.
Zelle: You can use Zelle if your bank offers that option.
Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com. Type the address in carefully, because if you get it wrong, the money may go astray forever.
Note: If you can’t make the retreat after you have signed up, notify the registrar at XXXXXX@gmail.com. If you cancel on or before XX-XX-XXXX, we will refund all the fees you have paid minus a $25 administrative fee.
For cancellations received on XX-XX-XXXX or later, we will refund 25% of your total fee. Due to tax and accounting complications, TBS cannot apply unused funds towards a future retreat.
Accessibility
Shalom Mountain Retreat Center is not easy for those with mobility issues. All rooms are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and there is no elevator. Please let us know if this will be an issue for you before registering by emailing XXXXXXXXX.

If we don’t get your deposit payment within a week after receiving your registration form, we will put your application on hold. We cannot hold your spot without a deposit.
