Below is a reminder of costs for your calculations.

Pricing for this retreat is per person depending on where you want to sleep. We offer a sliding scale option as outlined below:

  • Income less than $35,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

  • Income less than $35,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz

  • $35,000 - $50,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

  • $35,000 - $50,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz

  • $50,000 - $75,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

  • $50,000 - $75,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz

  • $75,000 - $100,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

  • $75,000 - $100,000 - (Room Indoors) - $xyz

  • Over $100,000 - (Tenting) - $abc

  • Over $100,000 -(Room Indoors) - $xyz

Discounts

Early Bird Discount: If entire balance owed is paid by XX-XX-XXXX, there is a $25 discount.

Helpful Hotties: Hotties receive a credit of $150 towards this retreat. These scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, indicate this on the registration form and also send an email to (boardmemberhandlingregistration)@gmail.com to request a scholarship.

Your minimum deposit of $150 must be included with your registration to be eligible. 


Multiple discounts are permitted.

How to Make Payments

Check/Money Order — We take checks and money orders in US dollars. Mail them to ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP

Paypal — You can pay by PayPal,, which will allow you to use a credit or debit card.

  • Send funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

  • Enter the amount you are paying AND your name in the “Notes” box so we know who is sending the money.

Zelle — You can also use Zelle if your bank offers that option.

  • Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

  • Type our email address in carefully, because if you get it wrong, the money may go astray forever.

Please note that you are not registered until you have:

  • Paid your deposit.

    • Note: If we do not receive your deposit payment within a week after we get your registration form, we will put your application on hold. We cannot hold your spot without a deposit.

  • Been notified by email that you are registered.

    • Note: Occasionally we have waiting lists especially for rooms indoors.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not receive full payment by XX-XX-XXX, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list.

What happens if you can’t attend after you’ve registered?

If you can’t make the retreat after you have completed your registration, notify the registrar at XXXXXX@gmail.com.

If you cancel on or before XX-XX-XXX, we will refund the fees you have paid minus a $25 administrative fee.

For cancellations received on XX-XX-XX or later, we will refund 25% of your total fee. Due to tax and accounting complications, TBS cannot apply unused funds towards a future retreat.
