The next step is paying for the reunion.

Check/Money Order: We take checks and money orders in US dollars. Make check out to The Body Sacred, and mail them to The Body Sacred c/o John Wauters, 3376 North Orchard Place, Tucson, Arizona, 85712.

PayPal: You can pay by PayPal, which will allow you to use a credit or debit card. Please add $3 to defer the PayPal charges. Include in the comments the name(s) of the person(s) registering. Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

Zelle: You can use Zelle if your bank offers that option. Send the funds to thebodysacred4@gmail.com. Type the address in carefully, because if you get it wrong, the money may go astray forever.

Note: If you can’t make the reunion after you have signed up, notify the registrar at thebodysacred4@gmail.com. If you cancel on or before 8 October, 2021, we will refund all the fees you have paid minus a $25 administrative fee.

For cancellations received on 9 October, 2021 or later, we will refund 25% of your total fee. Due to tax and accounting complications, TBS cannot apply unused funds towards a future retreat.

Prices

Prices for this reunion are $85 per person tenting, or $155 per person indoors. (This includes food.)

Please note that you are not registered until you have:

• Submitted your online registration form

• Paid in full.

  • Note: If we do not receive your deposit payment within a week after we get your registration form, we will put your application on hold. We cannot hold your spot without a deposit.

• Been notified by email that you are registered.

  • Note: Occasionally we have waiting lists especially for rooms indoors.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not receive full payment by 1 October 2021, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list.

What happens if you can’t attend after you’ve registered?

If you can’t make the reunion after you have completed your registration, notify the treasurer at thebodysacred4@gmail.com.

If you cancel on or before 8 October, 2021, we will refund the fees you have paid minus a $25 administrative fee.

COVID Policy:

For this reunion, we require that you either:

• Bring documentation that you have been vaccinated, or

• Bring documentation that you have tested negative not more than 3 days before the reunion.
